Our experience was marred by the hotel's outdated facilities. Some areas were in dire need of restoration, which affected our overall comfort. Additionally, the dining experience was disappointing, with long wait times and an often crowded atmosphere that made it hard to find a table.

Incredible snorkeling experience

Our stay was awesome with fantastic activities like yoga and darts. The animation team brought the fun with great evening shows! The heated pool was a major perk, perfect for a romantic dip.

The resort's beautiful decor, combined with its lush gardens, made it a tranquil haven. The accessibility features, such as gentle walkways and conveniently located rest areas, were particularly helpful for my comfort as a senior traveler.

I had a wonderful time at this resort with its immaculate swimming pools and lush gardens. The attentive staff, especially Mr Mohamed A. Ghany, made my birthday memorable with lovely surprises. The food could use some improvement, but the overall experience was quite enjoyable.

The Deluxe Room was spacious with a flat-screen TV, minibar, and a lovely balcony view. Enjoyed top-notch spa services like foot massage and sauna. Multiple pools and a kids' pool made it fun for the family. The restaurant had great variety, with freshly cooked pasta and grilled meats every night.

Staff provided exceptional service, especially the friendly reception team and our attentive waiter, Adallah Ahmed. The snorkeling spot had stunning coral reefs, making every dip worthwhile. On the downside, the rooms were somewhat outdated and could benefit from modernization. Additionally, while the dining options were decent, the food didn’t consistently meet five-star expectations. Lastly, local ATM accessibility was limited, only providing Egyptian pounds.

The room was spacious and clean, which was a big plus. The air conditioning worked great, keeping us cool during the hot days. However, it definitely felt a bit outdated. But honestly, the cleanliness made up for it. Our room attendant was fantastic and left cute towel animals every day!
